Thank you for your interest in selling our books. If you are a qualified retail store, library, school, club, or organization and would like to purchase our books for resale, please review the following information.

HOW TO ORDER

To place an order, check the status of an existing order, open a new account, or receive customer or credit assistance, please call our office at 800-758-1870 ext. 109.

PAYMENT

First orders require prepayment. Payment must clear before an order will be processed. We accept credit card, check, or money order.

Bounced checks are subject to a bank fee.

A 6% sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped inside the state of Michigan unless you provide a Tax ID.

Net 30 terms are available for existing accounts with appropriate references and credit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, check, or money order.

BACKORDERS

Unless notified otherwise, we will automatically backorder all out-of-stock titles.

SHIPPING

All orders of in-stock products will ship ground freight within the United States via UPS. Customers are responsible for freight charges on all orders unless otherwise agreed upon.

RETURNS

Acceptable returns will be credited at the account’s discount. No permission to return is required. Please mark multiple box returns as “1 of 3,” “2 of 3,” etc. Include your packing slip in the first carton. Send to:
